What is the Centene Institute for Advance Health Education® (Centene Institute)?
The Centene Institute for Advanced Health Education, LLC, provides
empowering interprofessional continuing education to external providers and clinical employees at no cost through leading-edge and
research-informed educational activities, equipping them to deliver current therapies and better health outcomes.
The mission of the Centene Institute is to educate teams of healthcare
professionals through empowering, research-informed content that aims to improve the skills, strategy, and performance of the healthcare team, patient quality of care, and health outcomes of the community.
How do I create an account?
As a new user to the Centene Institute website, you will first go to the Sign-in page. Please select the “Sign Up” button, complete all required fields, and submit. After creating an account, you will receive an email with a validation code.
After entering this validation code, your profile will be ready to use. The value of setting up a profile with the Centene Institute is to have all of your information in one location. You can easily access your transcript and certificates to confirm the continuing education credits obtained to date. In short, you can:
- Visti the Sign In page and select "Sign Up"
- Complete all required fields and submit Enter validation code sent to e-mail on file
How do I register for a course?
If you are interested in attending an activity (a course), you can search
for activities under Activity Catalog. To select an activity, click on “Activity Detail”. Then, click on “Enroll Now”.

The continuing medical education (CME) programs and other training and educational programs provided by Centene Institute for Advanced Health Education, LLC, are open to all health care providers and are not intended to serve as remuneration or to induce any health care provider to refer any individual to Centene Corporation or its subsidiaries or affiliates.

Cultural Competency Training
All Fidelis Care providers are required to complete an annual Cultural Competency Training. If you don't have your own curriculum available in accordance with CMS requirements, please complete Fidelis Care's Cultural Competency Training.

Fluoride Varnish Training Tool
Fidelis Care encourages Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) who service the pediatric population and care for children between the ages of zero to five years to apply fluoride varnish to children’s teeth. View Flouride Varnish Training information.
Fraud, Waste and Abuse Training
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires all delegated and contractual Medicare Part C and Part D providers to complete fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) training. The training is available online (PDF) for Fidelis Care providers.
