Member-Facing Information

Members have the opportunity to enroll themselves into the Fidelis Care GoMo BabySteps program via text message. Upon enrollment, a risk-stratification methodology will be used to place members in a low or high-risk track based on member responses to a brief survey.  At that time, members will receive 2-3 messages a week.
