Caregiver and Participant Training

This service provides training and counseling to those who provide care to you. The training can be provided in a one-on-one or group setting and can include seminars. The training needs must be listed in your plan of care. Limited to one training session a day. 

You cannot receive this service at the same time as Adult Family Care, Assisted Living Program or Assisted Living Services.
