New Member Quick-Start Guide

We Want to Make Things Simple.

We know that choosing a health plan is an important decision for you. We also know you have received a lot of information about your new plan.

You’ll find everything you need to get started right here.

But remember, our Member Services representatives are just a phone call away. They are dedicated to helping you get access to the right care. So, don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and give us a call if you have questions about your plan. You can call us toll-free at 1-888-453-2534 (TTY 711 or TTY 1-877-247-6272).

Here are some tips to help you use your new plan:

Check Your ID Card.
Your member ID Card has information you'll need, including:

  • Your member ID number
  • Your primary care provider (PCP's) name and contact information
  • Member Services phone number

Be sure to carry this card with you at all times. You will need to show it to get covered services.

Get to Know Your PCP.
Your PCP is your partner in health. You should see your PCP during your first 90 days as a member. It's a good thing to do for your health.

Register for a Secure Online Account.
It's free! Once you're signed up, you can use the member section of this website to do things like:

  • Change your PCP
  • Order a replacement member ID card
  • Set-up your communication preferences

Get the Fidelis Care App.
Our free app lets you access information about your benefits and more while you’re on the go! It’s available for download in the Apple and Android stores.

Check the Preferred Drug List.
Check this list to find out which medicines are covered by your plan. Talk to your PCP if you take any medications that are not covered.

Get Preventive Screenings and Annual Wellness Check-ups.
Annual wellness visits and screenings can help you avoid illness. Both are available at no cost to you. Be sure to schedule these visits with your PCP.

Stay in the Network.
Use providers in your plan's network when possible. Staying in the network can save money. Check our Find a Provider tool for doctors in your area.

Get Familiar with Your Benefits.
We offer many benefits to make your life easier and healthier. Get familiar with them so you can get the most from your plan.

Take Advantage of the Extras.
Go beyond the basics with additional benefits like our OTC (over-the-counter) benefit gets you up to $10 worth of products mailed right to your home each month
